STARPOSLANKA (PVT) LTD — Developer Terms & Conditions

1. Confidentiality — Developer accessing client (customer) projects must keep all customer data, source code, credentials, and business information strictly confidential. Never share access credentials outside the assigned scope.

2. Scope of Access — Developers may only work on projects explicitly assigned by an Administrator. Modifying, viewing, or copying another project without written approval is prohibited (Ref: Internal Engineering Standard SPL-PHP-STD-01 §1.1–1.2).

3. Code Standards — All code delivered must follow the STARPOSLANKA PHP Development Standard: no duplicate code, prepared statements only, input validation, and mobile-responsive output.

4. Data & Security — Developers must not extract, export, or retain customer data outside the platform. Any suspected security issue must be reported to Admin immediately.

5. Account Responsibility — You are responsible for all activity under your login. Do not share your username/password with anyone.

6. Payments — Payment details (bank account) submitted here are used solely for salary/payment processing and are kept confidential.

7. Termination — STARPOSLANKA reserves the right to suspend or terminate developer access for violation of these terms, client complaints, or misuse of the platform.
